The Department of Pathology & Immunology is excited to bring together two of our diagnostic laboratories in Spring 2022. The Anatomic and Molecular Pathology Lab and the Dermatopathology Center will merge to bring more of our pathologists under one roof. This will create a synergized space where our subspecialty expertise and accurate diagnoses will continue to excel.
The new laboratory space will include around 3,000 square feet of newly renovated space and modernized laboratory equipment to provide integrated dermatopathology, anatomic/surgical pathology, and molecular diagnostic testing. The new space will also feature a centralized specimen receiving and customer service area, providing streamlined and efficient access to all department laboratories and services.
Bringing these labs together will help continue to provide state-of-the-art, high-quality clinical services to our curent and future referring physicians and medical partners.
