Do you offer subspecialty consultations?

Yes, expert pathology consultants are available for second opinion consultations across 16 subspecialties including dermatopathology, neuropathology, hematopathology, and more. They assist with test selection, interpret findings, and collaborate with primary physicians to ensure optimal care.

How can I find a specific test?

You can search our comprehensive test menu. Tests are categorized alpha-numerically and each test contains specific, relevant information for ordering, submission, billing and reporting.

How do I order a test or consultation?

Requisition forms are available as fillable PDFs on the requisitions page. Please complete the required fields, accurately and have the ordering provider sign and date the requisition to avoid testing delays.

What are the specimen handling requirements?

Specimen handling depends on the type of testing and specimen. Each specimen must be accompanied by a completed requisition signed by an authorized provider, including patient information, specimen details, clinical indications, and referring provider’s contact information. Detailed instructions are available in the test menu.
